6 tools added, 2 removed, Lovable wording fixed

Added as alternatives (top picks and the order of existing entries didn't change): Google Antigravity and Cline in AI code editors, Amp in terminal coding agents, Cloudflare Workers in deploy & hosting, Gemini API in model APIs, and Vitest in testing & code review. Each one's pricing, license and platforms were checked on its own site or repo today, and anything we couldn't confirm is marked unverified. Removed: Aider, because it hasn't had a new release since v0.86.0 on Aug 9, 2025 (GitHub releases), and Lemon Squeezy, because its own 2026 update admits slower support and less frequent product updates while the team builds Stripe's merchant-of-record product. Both now appear under "Considered but not listed" on their category pages. Cloudflare Pages stays listed, and its entry now notes that Cloudflare says to start new projects on Workers. Correction: we said Lovable has "a built-in Supabase integration". Lovable's docs say its own built-in backend (Lovable Cloud) is on by default, and you can still connect your own Supabase project. Lovable is still the top pick.

Vibe Index isn't Claude Code-only

MCP servers & agent skills: we called Vibe Index a "Daily-updated ranking of the Claude Code skills/MCP ecosystem" and "a Claude Code-specific ranking". Its own site now describes it as a directory of skills, plugins, MCP servers and marketplaces "for Claude Code and other AI assistants", with rankings that update daily. New wording: "Daily-updated ranking of skills, plugins and MCP servers for Claude Code and other AI coding assistants." Our short take changed from "Claude Code ecosystem ranking" to "Daily skills + MCP ranking". Its position in the list did not change.

Windsurf is now Devin Desktop, and Cascade is gone

AI code editors: we described Windsurf as a "VS Code-based editor with an agentic 'Cascade' flow". That's out of date. Cognition renamed Windsurf to Devin Desktop on June 2, 2026, and removed the Cascade agent on September 8, 2026 (version 3.9.19); Devin Local is now its built-in agent. New wording: "Full VS Code-based IDE with an Agent Command Center for running local and cloud agents side by side; its Devin Local agent replaced Cascade, and it can also run Codex or Claude Agent." The listing is now "Devin Desktop (formerly Windsurf)" and links to devin.ai/desktop. Pricing is unchanged (Free, Pro $20/mo) per devin.ai/pricing. Its position in the list did not change.
